No message left. Tried to return call and get strange music with a woman's voice saying "calling" in one minute intervals. no one answers.

Persons calling from this number are promising fake grants from the federal government.  They have been reported to the federal trade commission.  Why don't you call them and play with them?  They will see your number though and amazingly they still try to call you even if you play with them and even tell them you are.  I called them back and kept them in the phine a long time, playing along and the one time i asked if they like having their time wasted, thanked them for the entertainment, etc.  the second time I read back my claim code letters as, well, let's just say it was not a polite sentence I spelled. Haha. These people suck. They are criminals.  Maybe if we waste their time and play with them, they will stop.

Scammer called and told my wife she won a grant.  B.S.

They left message said state of florida had $ 7800.00 to collect your claim call 206-395-1719, which has been disconnected, but my caller i d had 206-629-6018, called it stupid music was playing. Ifigured it was a scam & hung up before anyone answered.

called back three different times, each time was different company!! everything from us federal grants, to county legal aid, to the irs, all scams do not answer
