got a disconnected call when answered

He has been calling. Telling me he had seen me in fb. He told me he was working at Nigeria, and that he is in love with me.  He said he lives in Austin, Texas and had two kids. He calls now to asked me for money. Supposely his passport was stolen and he needs money to come back to Texas, cause his children are suffering in a diffrent country.

Typical romance scam.  This site has a lot of good information on how to tell if you're in contact with a scammer: www.romancescams.org.
