Message said it was the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me.  The IRS does not call.  This caller is blocked.  Also reported to www.tigta.gov (other, imposter scams).

I got a call from the same number that the IRS has a warrant out for my arrest!

I received the same call about 2 hours ago.
