These people speak Mandarin. Tells the contact person they are trying to reach that they have won $100,000 and that they have to fly to Seattle to pick up the funds. They prey on older Asians who are home. They apparently have the home phone numbers of the contacts, have their home addresses, and even their DMV driver license number.

They say in order to finish processing their winnings, they need either a social security number or passport number.

These are scam artists who are preying on asian folks. Be careful. I reported them to FBI on fraud cases, and I am on the do not call list.

I got hit with this also..DO NOT give any of your personal info at all.  If you did not apply or register for a contest or it sounds too good to be true...then it is NOT.

My Dad got a call from 2065779997. They said they invite him to attend the special party at seattle and my dad won and the rewards is 100,000 and must bring 20,000 tax cash go there. ......and want us to call one the lawyer to get a time to come but lawyer will say he busy or full he will let you know there can get money from HK without the paying 20% reward tax and when you call HK they will ask 4800us dollar for money transfer insurance. after you paid that money they will give you call say you are not the member of there company so need other 100,000US dollars for something else or become thy member can get money from there company that so far we are in right now so can you tell me how to report to FBI about this and the address they give to us is city center 1420 5th Ave  Seattle WA 98101.
