I got the same call. It's from filling out a form online for more information with the U of Phoenix. True, they should at least say this is U of Phoenix calling you back. Apparently a lot of people do leave wrong numbers which is probably why you got a call. Call them and just say take me off their list. They seem to be really good about doing that.

Someone at this number is phoning me up 5 times a day earling in the morning and late at night calling minutes apart. They never leave a message.
