My husband and i keep getting calls from this # (on both our cellphones), they never leave a message and if you call the # back it says "the subscriber you dialed is not in service".  Who does this # belong to?

Keep calling and asking for Mrs. xxxxxxx, the name on the phone is under Mr. xxxxxxx, but our phone number is non-published and private caller. When I tell them there is no Mrs. xxxxxxx they hang up and call back.  When you call the number back it goes straight to a busy ring.

At about 4:45 am, I got a call from 206-569-9920.  I answered got a call from 206-569-9920.  I answered and then after about 4 seconds got a wierd tone. Almost like a fax tone but different. I hung up, and within 30 seconds the same # called back. Same thing. So I called the # back, and got a message saying that "you have reached a non working number announcement 14 (switch?) 6 dash 8."
