Received a voice mail from the Washington area stating I would "be taken under custody by the local cops for serious allegations pressed on my name at this moment".  Requestedi get back with them within 24 hours to discuss case before any legal action is taken.

I couldn't laugh any harder - I'm already making payments to the IRS and they never make calls like these.  They are trying to scare you into making an immediate payment to them.  They really need to get a better grasp on our language and try again .... this turnip didn't just fall off the wagon!!!

Caller said serious charge will be pressed against you and to call back within 24 hours or the local coups (yes the correct spelling for how it was pronounced) will be sent to arrest me. And for me to call to discuss the charges before legal action is taken ... long pause then goodbye. Complete scam . Don't fall for this. Something needs to be done about these [***] cause someone somewhere will be taken by this [***].

Called twice today, left message from "Officer Devon Carter" from the IRS, very heavy Indian accent. Said if I don't call back the "good luck because you will need it". Haha... clearly a scam.
