Called my cell 4.12.17 soliciting credit card rate reduction, services.  Call was pre-recorded message and announced herself as Lisa. BOGUS!!! Report call to FTC.gov and FCC.gov and your State Attorney General right away!

Lower your interest rate to 6%.  press number to talk to representative.

Sure it's a scam

Pressed 9 to speak with a representative.
Rep: Hi, how are you doing today?
Me: I'm good. I'd be better if you took me off your calling list since I don't have a credit card.
Rep: How old are you?
Me: Sixteen.
Rep: YO MAMMA SO FAT -
At that point I hung up and added my number to the no call registry. There is no point in dealing with these people.

Called my prepaid cell phone, did not answer.
