Seems to be a scam. They leave an automated message threatening action from the and request calling back.

The call came from "IRS" and warns that they may file a lawsuit against me for not paying my taxes. I hung up after hearing that message since I knew I paid what was due over two months ago. Call is coming from Washington state.

I Got a call from this number and they said "If I don't pay them taxes I will go to jail.". I'm so confused but I don't know if I should believe it or not, I already paid my state taxes so I don't owe taxes anywhere else

It's fake. Debt is CIVIL not criminal and plus, the IRS does NOT call you, they send you a certified letter with return receipt via the Postal Service.
