what is the place that called me

Called and hanged up

I called this number back because someone from this number called me twice. It was a recording that said "This number is no longer working"

Foreigner with thick accent said I had been randomly selected to receive $7500 from the US Government.  I LOL'd and said I thought it was a scam. He immediately hung up.  I called the number back and it is not in service.

Received same call - these people need to be put down.
