“Robocall”. Speech synthesizer asks to transfer you to a live operator to answer some questions, to enter you into a “daily jackpot”. Could be any kind of scam, depending on what the questions are; I wasn’t interested in finding out.

Has called numerous times a day for many days in a row. Just keep hitting "ignore".
