Let me give a hint on how to get rid of each and everyone of these calls. We ALL should know that putting your name on a DNC list does not work, they will just spoof their phone number.

When you have the time to listen to the entire message and are given the choice to push 1 for help and 8 to be removed from the list, or whatever your choices are..... press the number to be connected to a live agent.

Put the phone on speaker, set the phone on your desk and say nothing. Continue working as if you do not know they are there. Sometimes, I even put the phone near the radio for their listening enjoyment.

It drives the callers crazy! They don't like wasting their time talking to nobody which is the reason they robo call in the first place. And for some, each "connect" counts against them if they did not make the sell.

I pushed the zero for an agent and when they picked up the phone I told them that I am the business owner and I want them to remove us from their list. His answer to me was this "that is not my job" then he hung up on me.
These people disgust me.

Don't say a word to these people, just listen to them say "hello"  a zillion times. It drives them crazy. Or, after they've said "hello" a half zillion times, ask them how they like being interrupted while working.  Whata they gonna do? Sue you for harassment?

In the past week, I have received over a dozen calls from this number. I do not answer the calls, since I am not around my land line that much. Caller never leaves a message.
