got call around 11:30, no voicemail and when called back told that call cannot be completed

was called by this number, but hung up before i was able to answer. When called back said number was no longer in service. Googled the number to find that others have had the same problem. How is it that a number that is not in service, is calling all these people??

ditto.  No voicemail.  I missed the call and then googled the number and found this site.  Glad I didn't call them back.

I'm curious to find the connection here.  I just got a call from that number.  Google searched it, and found your comments.  I know people that work for the state of WA.
