Daily phone calls promoting electric service alternatives - when I requested to be removed from the calling list, the response was a threat:  "All we want is to come out to your house for 5 minutes, if you don't let us, you are going to get a million more calls".

Upon calling THEM back today, I was told by 'Shanda" that my number would be removed from the call list....we will see

I RECEIVED PERSISTENT ARROGANT CALL FROM JOHN. HE WOULD NOT PUT ME ON THE "DO NOT
CALL LIST". ZAP NATIONAL RATE GROUP DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE.

ZAP National Rate Group 206-496-8438 harrassed me to the point of no end at my business today. They are scammers and refused to take me off of their call list.

206-496-8438 Zap National Rate Group kept calling me at my business but it wasn't until about the 10th call that I actually had a moment to speak with the gal about why she kept trying to reach me. This was almost 3 months ago and I must thank her for being persistent. She helped me to understand my electric bill and select a suppler. Since then, my monthly electric bill is just under $100.00 less. I recommend their services.
