This "company" literally calls me every single day, often many times a day. Sometimes it's a "political survey" but usually it's just silence. Even if I stay on the line and say nothing it will eventually hang up on me. I try to reverse call back, and it either dead lines or a woman with a brittish accent tells me "That numba is currently out of service!" and it hangs up. This is getting REALLY obnoxious.

No message left...I too am on the do not call list,,damn s.o.b's...pardon my french I am just tired of these kinds of calls...

These guys are persistent, is there a way to bounce this number back to them?

Criminal SCAM ..... one of many many many many.  There seems to be an endless variety of these ... and nobody is stopping them from operating and being an annoying pest.

I AGREE,   NO ONE IS STOPPING THEM FROM OPERATING-SOMEHOW, SOMEWAY WE HAVE TO PUT A END TO THIS KIND OF HARRASSMENT!
