They are a rude internet marketing co. affiliated with google..aledgedly....called E-Hound. the "Supervisor" named John argued with me and provided me with false or improper corp. contact info. to call in a complaint. The pre recorded message i responded to claimed if i didnt "up date" my google profile i would be considered no longer in business. i feel this is a insidious scare tactic to get your business.

I get calls all the time saying Google will say my business closed if I do not respond. Dont know who they are but they try to get money out of you to update your listing. I think it is a scam. If you ask them detailed questions they transfer you to someone else again and again.

I get call after call from this number but I just ignore it because all the lookup sites I've checked show complaints that this is a spam call. Months ago I did receive a call from a fake "Google" group wanting to charge me to update my profile and I told them why would I pay over $100 for someone else to do it when I could log in for 5 minutes and do it myself.  It's probably that same group calling back.  Don't these companies realize that there are a bunch of these call reporting sites online now and all we have to do is check the number to see what has been reported. No one in their right mind is going to pick up a spam or a telemarketing call. Get a clue, spammers.

Is there any Google email contact to make them aware of these jerks?

Week after week, I receive multiple calls per day from 206-496-0913. They are fake Google, meaning they never tell you the real name of their company and they just say they are calling “on behalf of Google”. They are scammers trying to coerce you to agree to let them update your business’s Google Places account. The thing is, it only takes a person a few minutes to log in and do the same thing this telemarketer/spammer/scammer wants you to pay them hundreds of dollars to do. Every time they call I tell them I am not interested and please remove my number. They do not remove it. A different representative from the same place calls me back later that day or the next day and the cycle continues. They should be penalized for not removing numbers when a person asks them to. They call both my business number and my cell phone number, which is on the Do Not Call list. I’m getting sick and tired of it. I have a business to run and do not have time for their strong-arm sales tactics.
