Received call about lowering credit, blah blah blah.
Anyone know how to track down phone number to get an address?  Perhaps find a way to return the favor?

Recorded message from Card member services to reduce credit card rate.

If you call back the number, they offer an option to be placed on do not call list.

Too bad that once you tell them that you are on the "Do Not Call List" they hang up.  If you ask them to remove you from their list, they hang up.  And then the calls continue with silence on the other line.  I've just received 4 consecutive ones in the past 5 minutes.

It is very annoying.  If you answer, they hang up and when you don't answer, they don't leave a message.

This phone number has called again.  I am so tired of the same rhetoric each week!
