i just got a call from that number .but no one there.didn't call it back .not safe to do so someone told me that identity thief or hackers want you to call back.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who is in the primary business of facilitating unsolicited telemarketing.
