Left a voice mail stating the IRS has issued a warrant for my arrest and I should call this foreign sounding man back to get the details of the federal investigation. Called back and someone answered then the line went dead but stayed connected, tried to call back again and now the line wont connect.

Caller ID identified call from Seattle, WA. Didn't recognize phone no. so didn't answer. Make individual left VM msg stating he was a Federal investigator. Said he had detailed information and to call him to talk about my case today.

I got the same.  Very clear voice made it almost sound real!
