Hung up no message. Who are they?

Debt collector scum.

They had a recording saying my name and a file number. They said that some report was being escalated to the highest office because of lack of response from the respondent. They said if I wanted my personal statement to be included in the report I should press zero now. Then the phone rang many times and when a lady answered she wanted my phone number. I said I wanted to know what the call was about before giving any personal information, and she hung up on me.

Has a recording saying the call is for someone else and if I am not them to hang up.  I have tried finding a way to contact them to tell them the person is not at this number but there is no way to get a hold of them.  This is the 13 number they have called me from in the last 3 weeks.
