I received a message from this number stating the IRS had filed a law suit against me for unpaid Taxes. I couldn't understand him so I told him I was gonna visit my local office and he became irrate and said that the police would be to my house in twenty minute to pick me up.

Do you REALLY want us to believe that all calls from Seattle, WA are IRS scams?
If so, your reality needs adjusting!

The IRS does not call regarding issues or collections. They contact in writing, by mail. Therefore, a call claiming to be from IRS, no matter where it's coming from, is a scam

I recirved a voicemail in regards to the same issue you had about the it's having a law suit against me so I decided to call and find out what this is about they wanted me to pay 3,900 over the phone right now I have been a tax preparer for hr block for 6 years so when i started asking them a lot of questions the man got irritated and started being very rude and loud trying to explaining non sense So that's when I knew this was a scam because I have spoke to the IRS several times and their very professional about how they talk to you. I told the guy i would be  calling to the real irs numbe myself because there is actual options to choose from before being transferred to someone and he hung up on me. when I called they picked up after the first ring so for sure this is a scam and the same guy picks up if not another one with a deeper voice I called and hung up 10 times and it's the same guys.
