Called my land line. Didn't recognize the number (caller ID said "Out of Area" which 206 isn't for me), so disconnected the call (so it wouldn't go to vm and let them know it's a "live" number), and came here. Thanks to Ellen reporting it, I've now got it BLOCKED.
