multiple calls before 6:00 am asking for the owner by name. We are a 24 hour emergency service company so I can't NOT answer the calls

Called and asked for the owner of the company. I asked who was calling, she said it was Carol (or possibly Karen; I couldn't hear clearly) with SMS. She asked to speak to the owner again, but when I told her he wasn't available and asked if I could take a message, she hung up.
