I keep getting a call from the same number. (206) 452-3651. When I answer they hang up and when I call back they ask if I want a loan. I tell them no and they interrupt me and hang up. It has to be a scam. How do they get our number?

Probably a fake loan trying to scam you. They call repeatedly from different numbers and this is a new one. Well not no more. So spread the word.
