This is some [***] scam. If the gov wanted to give me money why would I have to pay for the transfer???

I got a call the first time from this number I'm 17 years old, so I say through this whole [***] thinking it was real. Of course they give you a number to call and a payment of 250. I hung up and Google the number. Then called back telling "Emily" I have the 250 and on my to Wal-Mart to make the payment. She sounded so damn happy. So I asked " why do it have to be in cash?" She tried sounding so professional and [***]. I said "okay. I'm on my way to Wal-Mart right now, but before I go, can you give me my conformational code." The [***] like " hello?... Hello?... hello?" Hello,... yeah hello! She keeps saying hello like if she looking for the number. I'm like Emily I know you can hear me! She keeps saying hello. I'm like Emily!! Emily [***] I know you hear me. She's like yes, I hear you. So I asked again what's my conformational code. She gives me my code... surprising. PT221. So I said "listen I don't trust you so please don't call my number ever again." Then she like. [***] you too [***] then why did you call back!" I'm like okay [***] bye the [***]." Lmfaoo. This some [***] right here.

He called me saying he is danny white I had to go to Walgreen's and buy a 250 dollar iTunes card I only got a 100 and then he said I needed another 100 card to send the 10,250 grant from the government is this a scam cause I hope not I have a disable child and he could really use the money please help me figure this out I'm only 20 years old
