Well, I live in Illinois. Call came at 7:07pm on 3/26/10. Caller ID was PROMOS. Did not answer. Guess I'm lucky that call came in at a reasonable hour.

I've received two phone calls from this number. It rings twice and then stops. Tried to call it back and the call goes no where. I'd like it to stop.

Received a call from this number at 1:00 am. Was not very happy. When I picked up the phone I heard was a beeping sound
