These POS continue to call before and after hours. Scripted message and if you answer it hangs up. If you call, it forces you to leave a vm. They won't stop. It's opencare.com and if you look them up, they are starting to build many complaints. Someone needs to shut them down.

I'm sick of it. They call night and day. When I need to hear patient calls at the start of my day, I have to listen to Opencare's stupid messages by a terrible actress. Please, if this is happening to you, start complaining on line.I totally agree- we need to stop them.

Filed a complaint with BBB against opencare.com. They are not accredited but it looks like someone else filed a complaint this year as well. Tired of the scare tactics-I don't know anybody who wouldn't just call the office they want to visit and get whatever answers they're looking for.

Open Care has been calling our office for months, at first stating they were part of BCBS trying to update our information and wanting to know if we were taking new patients or not. I called BCBS and they stated they have been receiving theses calls from other providers and they don't know anything about this company. Open Care has been calling us for months and we have not responded to any of their calls knowing they were just another scam.
