This number came up as unassigned. I am so tired of these crap calls!

Kathy Miller is the lady on the recorded outgoing message.  The number is based out of Seattle and is geared towards business owners.  The call says she "saw your ad on the internet" and claims to help you increase recruiting in your business by 300% and improve cash flow weekly.  The other claim is that the marketing system (presumably the one calling you) finds, sorts and contact interested parties for you.

If you leave your number for a call back, David R Knop from Mirage Marketing Group, Inc located in Park Ridge, IL is the one that calls you back. In the message I got, he claims to be running Kathy's business because she "works 12 hour days".

I will be speaking with David to get to the bottom of these calls and will post again!
