This is a collection scam from "Officer Alex" who claims you will be arrested in a couple of days, you will lose your job, and will lose your car. It refers back to non-existent payday loans. Police don't arrest on civil matters, and I don't see how they can take your car. Unfortunately, they do have information about you -name, address, SSN, etc. Check out the Fair Deb Collection Practices Act, which they obviously don't follow.

My husband got a call from "Justin Parker" at his work. He called the number back. The guy told him that he did a $400 payday loan back in 2010 and he needed to pay by friday or they are going to court. He also told my husband that we better get an expensive lawyer. I called back to see what was going on. When I called the guy answered and said my husband owes them money and we better pay up. I didnt give him any information. I then asked what my husband's name was and he gave it to me, I then asked what cell phone number they had on file for him and they gave me mine. I find this kinda funny that we havent done a payday loan. We hadnt had money put into our account and we just received this number last month. THey couldnt give me any exact answers and nothing added up. They guy didnt like my response and he started yelling at me. Telling me that we now owe them $7000 on Friday. Really? We havent received anything in the mail either. I told the guy that and he said they dont mail anything. Really? WOW......

these guys are frauds... they call my job daily and disturb me.... we now aware of this, we will not pay a single penny to you...
