A male that gave a name of Ray Duncan, phone # 206-414-6989 tells you that you have won 815 million dollars. Wants you to meet at Walgreen's or CVS to receive a green card which entitles you to receive cash money.
When told I do not have a Walgreen's or CVS close by, he asks where do you want to meet. I told him I want to meet at the Sheriff's Dept. He said I only could meet at a Walgreen's to receive yet another amount of money.
