Said he was Steven from Seattle City Light and that our service was scheduled for disconnection that day. Contacted Seattle City Light and they told me that # and name was not associated with them. SCAMMER.

The scam is he will tell you how much you owe which has to be paid in cash that he will come pick up. BEWARE.

This number called claiming to be from Seattle City & Light and stated that they were on the way to disconnect the power at our location.  Indicated that if I couldn't make it to one of their remote locations to make the payment that I should get a money order at 7-11 and give to the tech when he arrived at my location.  Called Seattle City & Light -- said that it was a scam.
