This just called me as well. Called back and could hear someone breathing but no answer.

Called us just now.  The computer trashed it before it could go to the
answering machine, because of other past junk calls from 206-397-1xxx.

Note that another poster here dug up the list of phone number blocks
controlled by callerid4u.com, and this is one of them.
