Some dude with very poor English, and a strong Hindi accent claims to be the IRS... informing the call recipient that there is a "warrant for your arrest", unless you pay. You can get off the call list by calling the number back and making fun of his Indian Accent!

Caller says he's office xxx from IRS. The IRS will not call, they send letters. This is a scam.

Threatening phone call from man stating IRS calling. Keeps calling. This is scam. Don't answer. They say there is arrest warrant. They want your money.
