I just got a call from this number as well.  Did not answer, and did not "return call."  I've gotten many strange numbers like this lately, always unlisted.  I've tried "return call" a few times with no response. Always an unlisted number (a "business" with an unlisted number?), and in all cases I've sorted out, never a land line, as you'd typically associate a business as using. (And, remember, "pay as you go" cell phones are virtually disposable and anonymous.  An obvious boon for scammers.)  

I did happen to answer one, it was an obvious scam so I hung up.  (They had some personal information on me, stuff easily learned if you have my number in the first place- I suppose this was to gain my confidence, said I got a "stimulus voucher" or something like that, and suddenly "all we need is your bank card number to deposit..."  Click!)  

Only reason that I mention all this, it makes me wary of 206-397-1909.  So I would personally advise to avoid it.

Received a call from this number and it was an automated voice selling family health care & if you respond today, you will also get a free prescription card. After reading the post above, I am warning people if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true.

Got a call from the telemarketer, ha but I've usally hang up on them, and most time my
answer machine be full so it would not allow. the caller to leave no message anyway. I
like it that way.

I got a call from this same number and they were pushing small business loans with no up front cost!!!! They say they can get you low interest loans without the hassle of going through a bank. Press #1 for more info or #9 to be removed from their calling list?

insisted I say "please", I waited and he said "Fine then. I'll call you back
in five minutes and you can say please."

he must have a small....mind.
