Received a recorded message, 'Hello, this is Heather.  I'm calling about your credit account.  Don't worry.  There's no problem...'  I hit 1 and the woman who couldn't speak english (when you call me speak my native language or don't call me - only asking for repect here)  Told her to remove my number from her call list or I would file a claim.  She hung up.  They keep changing the number they are calling from.  Usually if you call back you get the recording that the number is not in service.  With this one you get a recorded message thanking you for calling back and if you don't want to be contacted again to press 2.  These calls have to stop.

They called about lowering interest rates and quoted some high balance. I asked which card, Chase?  they said yes, but I did not offer a credit card number.  They said  I had some huge balance, which I didn't.  They then said they would call back

I'm on the Do Not Call list, why are these calls coming in?  I don't want these calls.  What do we have to do to get these calls stopped?  Or what
is the use of the Do Not Call list?  I googled it and it is a company that
wants to bother people claiming to help reduce your interest on your credit card.  I pay mine off at the time i get my statement.

Rec'd a call offering to lower my credit card interest. I am on the do not call registry so I pushed one to speak with a live operator.  He could barely speak English.  Seriously believe this is a scam to get your credit card info.  Am reporting it to the Do not call registry.  Encourage all that participate to do the same.  Robo calls are against the law

Call came from British Columbia (Canada) to Kansas by way of VOIP (Voice-Over protocol) from a computer by way of Telecom Pacific. Area code is for Washington.

Call accidentally answered, recorded voice offered to lower credit card rate and couldn't go further because the wife hung up.
