disturbence and harassment all the way, when i pick up they say nothing , they waste my cell phone minutes

asking for credit card info,under the disquise that they can reduce your credit card debt. I asked for the company name and hey kept saying well can't you hear me. He had a accent which sounded like he was from Somilia

Supposedly can be put on "do not call" if you call the number back and press 1...but all it did was beep and hang up.

Just got a call from these guys.  Here's the info I was able to find out

The guy I spoke to is "john mcdonald" (heavy accent, so mcdonald might not be accurate, but the whole name is probably fake anyway). Calling from "Debt Free Life".  Says that they get phone numbers from banks, financial institutions, etc.  Yes they do observe the do not call list.  Well, my # has been on there for well over a year if not 2.  Thanked me and will add my # to their do not call list.

The guy was cordial enough and actually answered some of my questions, which hardly any tele-marketer will do, but it's still irritating...

Got this "missed call" today at 12:18 PM.  display says "Credit Services."  I'll know not to answer it if they call back when I'm home.
