This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Called cell phonw @ 7:12 PM 20 Feb 2012.
No message lrft.  No CID recorded.

Got a call from number 206-397-1182 at 6:30 pm pacific time did not answer it and glad I didn't now that I know its a telemarketer calling me on my cell when my family and I are trying to have dinner. If Mr Maduno is reading any of these messages please ask you stupid employees not to call people at dinner time or for that matter don't call me at all.
