I pick up "Unknown Caller 206-397-1111" and get a recorded message about "becuase of new deregulation you can lower your Con Edison electric bill with new Con Edison electrical rates..." so i press 5 as instructed and get some guy that asks me my name.  Instead of telling my name I asked who he was and what company he is from.  He said he is from Spark Energy.  I google Spark Energy and see a boat lots of hits including complaints on consumeraffairs.com, complaintsboard.com, ripoffreport.com, scaminformer.com and on and on... i laugh out loud and tell the guy about it and ask if he ever saw this stuff... and he laughed too and said he was sorry.  And I told him I was sorry he had to work for them and he said "I know"...  too funny!
ps.  I am on the dnc list so these people are clearly a bunch of scammers.

this company called Energy Discount call me 3-4 times a day and don't leave a message. I've called back and asked them to stop calling and nothing helps. Why can't anything be done to stop them??

Got a call from this number, caller i.d. read: Energy Discount. Answered too late to get the call so I called back and heard "If you would like to be removed. . .press 1" which I did.

I am on the do not call list but for the past several weeks have been getting n amazing number of calls like this one.

Yes, we get this call late at night on our NYC VoIP telephone number. Since we're in Switzerland and since we're on the DNC list it's both ludicrous and irritating.

I keep receiving calls from these people offering to lower my energy bills (or without a message).  I want it to stop.
