I answered this and it was something trying to sell either a credit card or a consolidation loan. I hung up after they said they'd been monitoring my credit card activity for the last six months. Since I only have debit cards...

Do Not Call registry is quite useless. Alas, I do not answer these calls, research them, block and report the offending number.
