I just received a call from 2064306223 a foreign man said the federal government has selected me to receive a grant through western union or my bank etC. And that i do not have to pay it back he gave me a pin and another number so i called and he told me i have to pay $250 dollars to receive the grant. why do they feel taking advantage of people and their hard work money is legal what a scam
