You know what happens when you're going to be arrested? You get arrested. Do you know how often you get WARNED before your arrest? Never. If you're going to be arrested, law enforcement is going to show up and arrest you. There's no amount of money you can pay to get out of it. Litigation and fees would come AFTER the arrest. This is all BS, and it's a total scam. I can almost guarantee that they're just calling as many random numbers as they can to try and get to someone gullible and vulnerable, like the elderly. It's very sad, and deviant and evil. But seriously - no one calls you to warn you of your arrest. This is just garbage.

Called me at school saying I had a Felony warrant out for my arrest and they were giving me 2 hours to call back with a payment or the police that was on standby would arrest me, even told me my home address. Went to the local police department and had them run my info, there was no warrant on me. The guy who called didn't have an accent that I could tell, said his name was Chief Preston Scott, and the warrant was for not paying a payday loan back to Check N Go. Told me I was going to prison for 6 months. What a crock of poo.

I just recieved a phone call from this number this morning, saying I owe 3848.00 but I could settle today for just 2195.00 or I can make a payment plan of 318.00 for 12 weeks to avoid prison time. I told her I would call her back she said I have until noon or she would process the warrant for my arrest. She also told me I was facing 5 felony charges and 5 years in prison. I really do believe this is a scam after doing my research on them.

Looking for Frances Ogle. Never heard of this person.  He only knew my first name, he said he did not want to say my last name because he could not pronounce it. I did not tell him anything. He said something about this lady and her checks.  9 at night.

they called my parents, i am a grown adult, left them message freakin them out, thinkin im being criminally investigated...thats ok i did my research before i called them back, and i videod the whole conversation, so we'll see who goes to jail........and pays out big.....

Called about a debt that isn't mine and left a message threatening to issue a warrant and suspend my license..... Reported them to the Attorney General's Office.
