Just got this call and they told me I had a criminal charge pending against me and I had better call right back. What kind of fool do they take me for. I research every unknown number I get before returning calls. This is getting old. About the tenth call since February. Enough already!!!! SCAM.

Received a call from this number advising he was from the legal department with the irs and it was in regards to criminal charges. I didn't call it back

The messages left was meant to be threatening just as "pen" received in the beginning of this thread. I know I owe nothing to IRS, and this is just a scam. Letters are always sent to individuals who actually owe money. Didn't call back, and no intention of doing so. Sad that scammers prey on innocent people and try to scare them. Disgusting!

I have a call block on my cell and these frauds still get through. I guess I'll just let it ring. How are they getting through blocks,anyone?
