I get several of these type of calls - threatening arrests from people claiming to be IRS. Best thing is to obtain all the information you can i.ee. name of caller, "badge" number, location, etc and then hang up and log into the IRS web site. There is a section on the web site to report these sleeze bags.

Major SCAMMERS left a voice mail claiming lawsuit against you or some other nonsense. Never answer these calls. Never call them back.
