Same illegal junk fax about bogus life insurance rates.  Any legit company would have their company info listed on the fax and would know better than to send these faxes without a person's written permission.  The only opt out info listed is nationaldonotfaxlist.org which if the site does exist, it is a fax number harvesting site.  Even lemmings know that there is no such thing as a national do not fax list.  Please file FCC complaints and submit your faxes as proof of this harassment.  It only takes less than 2 minutes.
