This number is a person that is committing fraud.  He will send you FAKE MONEY ORDERS to purchase something from you.  the money orders will be more than what you asked for and he in return will ask you to send the difference to another person.  if you deposit the fake money orders afterwards or a business that thinks they are real then you are screwed out of that difference.  he is really polite and is real good at duplicating the walmart money orders from money gram.
