head over to voipbuster.com and flood these idiots with unwanted calls.  Make them "call" their local police department at (206) 625-5011

You can verify their local number at http://www.cityofseattle.net/police/contact/

On voipbuster.com in the from part of the form enter 0012063090336
In the to part, enter 0012066255011.  With a big enough flood of calls, maybe we can get these idiots shut down!
