This is a scam.
They called me regarding my brother asking if I know this person.
There is a scam regarding payday loans. The Payday loans accounts were broken into.
This company has called me twice so far today. This is coming from India, its very obvious, you cannot even understand these people. This must stop here!!!!!!!!!!!

got call from this number saying that I had been referenced on a legal document. man said his name was officer tom scott and I couldn't even understand the majority of what he was saying because he had a heavy middle eastern accent. had to be a scam. don't give them any info.

I recieved a called today at 1345 saying that somebody used my name in a document that I need to called this number as soon as possible to clear if not i will be charge  this the guy who left the message has a real middle east accent this is a SCAM please check on this

I don't know how they are running this elaborate scam but they have been harassing me with several phone calls. First they ask if I want a loan for a new or used car, when I say no or tell them to stop harrassing me all of the sudden someone with the same accent is calling me saying there is a serious fraud case against me and in order to settle I must pay several hundreds of dollars. One of the guys that called me today reffered to himself as kevin smith. They only use smith or johnson for last names. Duh, they are middle eastern, obviously that's not the case. When I asked "officer keving smith" for his badge number he rattled off #1421. I hope they don't look at these type of web pages to see what sort of complaints people are making and adjusting accordingly. I won't be writing anymore type of info on sites like these.
