I have been recieving calls from these people with a thick foreign accent about some past payday loan i did not pay off and some legal matters were against me on internet fraud and other stuff. If I wanted to settle the matter out of court I needed to contact them immediately, if they had not heard from me within a few days good luck on my case as the trial unfolds. They called me Feb 14, 2011 at 11 from a 916-395-0000, I spoke to Michael Johnson, who was associated with Hudson Law Firm, who represents Cash Advance Payday Loans. The call back number they gave me was 206-279-5754. Two hours later I recieved another phone call from Michael Johnson about what I wanted to do to settle my account.
I told them that I researched the law firm and both the phone numbers they gave me and sumbitted it to my police department, not only that i was also recording the phone call on a voice recorder while my phone was set to speaker. The guy told me to shut up and that they werent a scam. I told him that they were a scam because in the United States he was violating my consumer rights and I reminded him that he was being recorded. To top it off I said I had written down the times, dates, and phone numbers with the name of the person who called me and as soon as he hung I was giving the entire information to the police department where they will further investigate into their scam. The guy hung up.
**Got my fingers crossed that I won't get any more calls from them.
