Calls but never leaves voicemail. Also calls from 206-268-6620. I tried to call number back, but it just rings then hangs up on you.

Community Services for the Blind has a tele-charity operation that uses the block of phone numbers 206-268-66xx. They want to know if you have any stuff you'd like to donate. They come pick it up to sell thru secondhand outlets.
