Says they are from the IRS and wants you to go to the bank immediately to pay your balance . When I told him I had no car he told me to borrow my neighbors car

Received a call claiming IRS back taxes due for 2011. I knew it was a scam so I called him a few names and he got pissed and cussed me out.I have since called it back 4 days straight using other phones and give them hell. I figure if I am taking his call time away he cannot call anybody else and trick them. I feel I am doing a public service.
